•
Assist client to analyze research data and define niche, opportunities
•
Facilitate and lead strategic planning effort that provides road map to success.Include mission statement, core values, recruiting efforts, marketing, finance.

Facilitate selection of target markets based on research results
•
Create marketing plan, including specific goals, objectives, strategies and action plans for each target market, and outlining expected results
•
Work with client to create marketing and business development budget
•
Utilize marketing and strategic plan in the weekly marketing meetings
Business Development
•
Continuingly work with client to create strategies for pursuing existing and new clients for relationship development and new projects
•
Screen and pre-qualify client or project leads from market research, referrals, contacts and cold calls
•
Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of client management process
•
Work with client to initiate and maintain ongoing contact with prospective clients to build professional relationship and project opportunities.
Organization Development
•
Facilitate conflict resolution with business partners, principals and associates
•
Work with organizations to identify mission statement, core values and recruiting philosophies
•
Facilitate and direct firm image campaigns internally and externally
•
Executive coaching for business challenges – on-going
•
Conduct employee exit interviews and report to management team
•
Mentor existing marketing staff in regards to market research, networking, business development skills, client surveys
Promotional Activity
•
Develop public relations strategy that supports the firm’s overall marketing objectives for each sector
•
Represent client at civic and professional group meetings, client industry trade associations, and community and industry activities to enhance image of company and providing networking information to client
•
Work with local industry publications on press releases for new projects, new hires and milestone achievements
Marketing Materials/SOQ’s/Proposal Review
•
Review and critique as needed marketing materials and individual statements of qualification and proposals
•
Work with independent graphics consultant to develop new marketing materials and promotional items
•
Work with graphics consultant to develop new image awareness campaign
•
Assist client in developing specific strategies for proposal pursuit – firm’s competitive edge
•
Presentation rehearsal coaching
•
Proposal and presentation de-brief reports
